Dallas Preston is an experienced estimator and previous Project Manager with over 9 years in multi-family construction and insurance claims. He has spent the last several years at MCC Construction Solutions, providing tailored quotes for projects ranging from $500 to $1M+, addressing a wide variety of community needs with value engineering solutions. Dallas has hands-on experience inspecting and managing diverse projects, including decks, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, interior renovations, exterior amenities, pools, and more. Additionally, he has run maintenance programs for HOA and condominium communities in the Denver metro area, servicing multiple management companies. Dallas is also well-versed in insurance claim inspections, adjuster meetings, the Xactimate bidding process, and overseeing claims from start to finish, having completed hundreds of maintenance repairs across local communities.
